. I am a seasoned attorney with a broad range of legal experience and a trusted and certified mediator, having mediated or settled 200+ cases in the corporate, government, and non-profit sectors. I have advised clients, C-level executives, and Boards on all types of legal matters, with specializations including mediation, global regulatory compliance, anti-corruption, internal investigations, government relations, data privacy, dispute resolution, trial and litigation best practices, ethics and education administration. In the past, I have represented the United States, prosecuting, defending, and settling a wide range of major cases for the U.S. Department of Justice (as an Assistant U.S. Attorney) and for the U.S. Department of Commerce (NOAA).

. 14+ years representing the United States in civil litigation and prosecuting federal criminal matters as an Assistant United States Attorney and Senior Litigation Counsel in the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts. Prior to the United States Attorney’s Office served as an attorney for NOAA (U.S. National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration, handling environmental litigation cases.
. 6+ years experience as In-House counsel for an international technology company handling and advising on compliance matters, internal investigations, government relations and commercial transactions.
. Substantial experience in the field of education administration with public schools and independent private schools including the hiring and management of school district superintendents and other school administrators, major school facilities construction projects, strategic planning, policies and procedures, and teacher contract negotiations.
. Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science/Economics from the University of California – San Diego, and law degree from the American University, Washington College of Law, in Washington, D.C.

Member in good standing of the Bars in Massachusetts and Washington, D.C., and also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and U.S. Courts of Appeals for the First and Second Circuits.
